QW Media is one of a select few companies that have been issued comprehensive B2 class licenses by the China Ministry of Information Industry. These licenses allow QW Media to operate in all China mainland provinces.

Details of QW Media Licenses:

• Internet Content Provider (ICP) – transact ecommerce services and establish any type of web sites within China
• Internet Service Provider (ISP) – offer internet connectivity services to customers and businesses located within China
• Value Added Services – transmit & sell media services to mobile phones customers within China
• Call Center – operate phone based call center services within China
• 95 Number Dialing – Ability to use the same phone number in all provinces - allows for a national marketing campaign compared to a different number for each province
